There are many skin benefits that come from Vitamin A products:
Vitamin A is a substance with a small enough molecular structure to get inside the skin’s outer layers, repair, and stimulate the skin’s deeper layers where collagen and elastin rest. This can help to create firmer smoother skin. Retinol is 100% active Vitamin A. It is crucial for skin cells to be healthy. It helps to regulate skin cell growth and reproduce the deeper skin cells. When retinol is used directly on the skin it can help improve elasticity and make rough skin smooth. There have been research that shows it can help collagen synthesize and help the epidermis to thicken. Retinol can also treat acne, follicular and lesion papules, actinic keratosis, oily skin, and rosacea.
Using Retin A can minimize fine wrinkles, help to lessen the appearance of new ones, help brown spots, smooth the skin, make skin glow, thicken the epidermis, and help new cells to come to the skin’s surface. Retinol can operate like Retin A if the right dosage is taken; it might take only a bit longer to see an improvement. Read the rest of this entry »

When we get old, our skin ages. However, there are a lot of things we can do to help lessen the appearance of aging and the wrinkles on our faces. Current studies suggest that almost three quarters of females in America that are over the age of 35 will attempt to erase wrinkles and look younger. A lot of women will get plastic surgery, botox, or chemical peels to make themselves look young again. People who don’t go that route will look to anti-aging creams or other creams that will reduce wrinkles. A lot of creams don’t do a whole lot, so it is important to do good research before buying one. Read the rest of this entry »

I bet you didn’t know that when a tablet or capsule vitamin is taken your body only absorbs around 10-12% of the nutrients. Only 3-5% of the same vitamin form will be absorbed for people who are over the age of 35.
Liquid(colloidal) vitamin forms will allow the highest amount of nutrients to enter your system. The vitamins and minerals from liquid vitamins are over 7000 times smaller than human cells. This results in about 98% of the supplements ingested and they can be used by our bodies within a half hour. A pill can only five someone around 10% of the nutrients it carries. To get the same amount of nutrients from a liquid vitamins, you would have to take over 10 vitamins in the pill form. Think about how hard it would be to take all those pills and also how much money you would be spending. Read the rest of this entry »
