Minerals and Arthritis

If we want to be healthy and keep ourselves in good condition, we need minerals.

The human body contains a variety of minerals, the only bad thing is we can’t produce the minerals in our body. We have to get them from outside sources. If you don’t get enough minerals in your body, you may have health problems because of that. One condition caused by the deficiency of minerals is arthritis.

There are quite a few minerals that are used to help people who have arthritis pain. These minerals are:

Boron: Even though there is only a small amount of this mineral in our bodies, it helps bone health.

Calcium: It is one of the most important minerals to keep bones healthy.

Magnesium: It assists in the balance of calcium in our bodies.

Vitamin E and Parkinsons Disease

According to recent studies, a healthy amount of Vitamin E in our diet can help to prevent Parkinson’s disease.

Parkinson’s disease is a chronic, progressive neurological disease. When you have Parkinson’s you get tremors, increased muscle rigidity, and are eventually paralyzed. It is not known why people get Parkinson’s, but there are some factors that may lead to a person having a greater risk to get it. Some of these are age, genetics, and environmental influences.
