Why Take an EPA Fish Oil Supplement? (Omega 3)

-There is too much omega 6 in our diets; breads and pastas. By taking an omega 3 supplement, it can help to balance that out.

-Omega 3 EPA fish oil can help to combat depression by reducing the clogging trans fats that build up in our brains.

-Studies have shown people who take the supplements lose more weight than those who don’t.

-EPA fish oil helps a person’s concentration and thought clarity because it assists in passing small signals through little gaps in our brain.

-It’s an essential fatty acid that isn’t made by our bodies. It is needed to help balance our bodies and keep our systems running correctly.

-It has blood thinning agents like aspirin does; which will help people who may be more likely to have heart attacks.

-The more omega 3 in our diets, the healthier our skin, nails, and hair will be.

-Omega 3 normally received from milk and meat has lessened because more cows are being grain fed and not grass fed.

-When a woman is pregnant the baby will take nutrients from her. If these nutrients aren’t replaced after childbirth chances are more likely she will experience depression.

-We are eating too many trans fats and not enough omega 3 fats so our bodies are imbalanced.

If our bodies are too imbalanced we will experience the effects of that from: dry eyes, dry skin, chicken skin on the backs of arms, brittle nails, regular infections, wounds not healing well, moodiness and lower moods.
