-You might need to take a higher dosage. If you take three pills at a time, it might not work as good as taking one pill three different times during the day. Taking a pill at different times in the day could work a lot better.
-You might not be absorbing it well. Try cleansing your system before you start taking your supplements again. Ask about which cleansers work the best. You should try taking enzymes when you eat or with supplements to help your digestion of the materials. There are some herbs that can help with digestion too. If you want supplements to work better a simple cleaning and improvement of digestion could do the trick.
-If you have persisting health problems, you should be put on a detox program that will eliminate the toxins from your body. Once the toxins are gone, your supplements will probably work better.
-A person who has had a cold or has a weaker immune system may be having their supplements go straight to helping their immune system out and not going to where you want the help. All you should do is keep with your regimen and wait it out. Sometimes it takes a while to work because a person’s body has so many toxins in it and those need to be destroyed first.
-Sometimes people get so used to the supplements, they don’t really notice the changes they have made. If you stop taking them, that is when you will notice a big difference.
