The second largest amount of amino acids in muscles is Taurine. This amino acid is very useful and it helps make the cells bigger so they hold more water. Taurine is like creatine because it increases the volume of cells.

This is very good for bodybuilders because when a muscle cell expands, it enhances hydration and promotes more protein synthesis. This will make muscles seem full.

When should you take Taurine?

Taurine should be taken about a half hour before working out and it also should be taken after. This is so the effect of the training will be greater.

Pay attention to how much you should take to avoid side effects. Use a larger dose by increasing the amount slowly over time.
